Where can i buy Orak Living Collection?

What does ORAK means?

Our founder wanted to honour her roots,her family is originally from Birbhum,West Bengal which is popularly called "Land of Red soil",and is famous for its craft and cultural heritage.Santhal tribe forms a big part in the area. "Orak" means "Home" in santhali language.Inspiring from their colorful approach towards life the brand is named Orak Living  with the same vision.

When is Orak Living founded?

We launched our online store in september,2022.

Is Orak Living a kid only brand?

We cater to kids,Teen as well as Adult categories.We started our journey with Kids & Teen product categories and hoping to soon launch our Adult category also. Find more details regarding our adult category here.

Why are your products not categorised under boys and girls?

We emphasis more on our product range which provides a more accessible process.​No items are categorized by gender, we don’t segment our marketing to target any gender(s).We want our products to be loved by everybody irrespestive of their genders.

How are your products manufactured?

our entire collection is designed and manufactured in our in-house unit.We have a team of designers who works relentlessly to create a collection. We only use quality materials to retain the product quality.

Will the colors/prints fade away when washed?

A little bit of fading over the time period of use is normal.But we recommend using mild detergent with no or minimum bleaching agents.Give them the love they deserve and they will be yours forever!

Are your products sustainable?

All our products are made from 100% cotton fabric of different counts.Our products are designed to be cherished items that last the test of time. We don't believe in throw away fashion and strive to work towards a  minimal waste company.

Do you do personalisation ?

No we do not do any personalisation on our products.The reason being we believe in passing on,if you have outgrown our product please pass it on to somebody who needs it more.Personalised product makes it harder for the other person to feel them their own(specially if someone else's name is engraved on it !).In the future we hope to create and introduce a whole procedure so that customers can pass on their outgrown products easily through us.

Do you have Gift hampers?

Right now we do not have any but we are planning to introduce a section in this reference.

Do I have to create an account to purchase your product?

You can place an order without creating an account or registering with us.However, creating an account makes it quicker and easy for you to see past orders, track the status of your orders, save your shopping bag, and place future orders quickly as we are able to store your billing and shipping address for faster checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

No, once an order is placed it is difficult to change the product/number of products.We suggest to go thoroughly with all the details before placing an order.

Can you do bulk orders?

Yes,definitely.Minimum quantity for any bulk order in a single product is 25-30 pieces.We will be needing a time period of 15-30 days depending upon the order quantity to process.Email us at info@orakliving.com for more queries.

Do you ship internationally?
