SHIPPING

Right now we are delivering only across India.

We offer free shipping for all orders above Rs.2000 all over India. 

 

Orders will be shipped within 7-10 working days. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. Orders can also be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. You can also track your order under your account – Order history.

 

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, strike, Govt restrictions, etc  and would require your patience while we work to get your goods to you.  

 

Please note that Shipping address can only be modified before the order is billed or shipped. Our shipping partner will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete and accurate address including zip code and mobile number to ensure a seamless and quick delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  Products eligible for returns or exchanges must be unused and unwashed in their original packaging with tags and labels intact. We also require the original invoice to be sent along with the product. We cannot accept returns or exchanges that we receive after 7 days from delivery date.

 

Please email us at info@orakliving.com  within 24 hours with the following information:

 

•Your order number and the item you would like to return.

•Whether your request is for an exchange or store credit. If you would like an exchange, please let us know which product you would like instead.

•Reason for exchange or return.

•Photos of the item.

1) Returns: Please note that you would have to borne the cost of shipping back the product to us. We will issue you an online voucher / Store Credit (minus initial shipping cost) for future use on our website. We do not offer refunds.

2) Exchanges: Please note you would have to borne the cost of shipping back the product to us. Further, there would be an additional shipping charge for re-shipping a new piece to you.

 

REFUND POLICY:

We DO NOT offer REFUNDS.

For any other returns, we would issue you an online voucher (minus initial shipping cost) for future use on our website. It is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
