Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

During peak seasons (like Diwali, Christmas, or special sales), dispatch times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you informed.
Shipping Time

Once shipped, your order will reach you in:

3–7 business days for metro cities

5–10 business days for other locations across India

You’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹2000.

For orders below ₹2000, shipping charges apply based on product weight and delivery distance, which will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your parcel reaches you safely and on time.

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
International Shipping

We currently ship within India, however, international shipping can be arranged if the customer is willing to bear the courier charges.

Delays or Issues

In rare cases of unforeseen delays, we’ll inform you promptly.

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct to avoid any delivery issues.

Unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, strike, Govt restrictions, etc are beyond our control and would require your patience while we work to get your goods to you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Orak Living, every product is made and packed with love to bring joy to your little one’s space. We take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help!
Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect products received.

Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery by whatsapp/email with your order number and clear images of the issue.

Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement of the same product (or a similar one if the item is out of stock) at no extra cost.

You don’t need to send the damaged product back.
Conditions for Returns

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Customised or personalised products are not eligible for return or exchange.

We do not accept returns for minor colour or print variations, as these are part of the charm of handcrafted products.
Refunds

Refunds are not applicable. We offer a replacement in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products.

If a replacement of the same item is unavailable, we may offer an alternate product of equal value in mutual agreement.
Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, personalised gifts, or seasonal products (like festival collections) are non-returnable.
